Legal matter management software
Your matters, with your clients in the room.
Advottic sits beside the system your firm already runs and gives each client a view of their matter.
Every matter in one list
Harbor Lane Legal keeps every matter in one list, with its status, who owns it and the next hearing.
Each client sees their own matter in the client portal.

Client portal and trust accounting for law firms
- What each client sees
- Each client signs in to see their own matters and the documents you share with them, and nothing of anyone else's.
- The trust ledger
- A trust ledger with a balance for each matter, and a reconciliation against your bank statement. Trust accounting rules vary by state.
Evidence, signing, contract review and the rest are on the full list of Advottic features.

Common questions
- How do clients see their matter?
- Each client signs in to the firm's client portal and sees their own matters and the documents shared with them. Nothing of another client, or of the firm's internal work, reaches their page.
- Does Advottic replace our practice management system?
- No. Advottic sits beside the system your firm already runs and gives each client a view of their matter.
- Does it handle trust accounting?
- Yes. Advottic keeps a trust ledger with a balance for each matter, and a reconciliation tool: enter your bank statement's ending balance, check off what has cleared, and it confirms the two agree. Trust accounting rules are set state by state and vary.
